1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

  • Note on sensitive material: Due to the specialized, pre-starched, and white nature of our material, every item is handled and packaged with extreme care to maintain its pristine condition. This specialized packaging process is factored into our processing time to ensure your material arrives intact.

 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Local Pickup

 

We offer complimentary local pickup at:

Star Plus, 40, Pondy Bazaar, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600017.

You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before visiting the location.

 

4. International Shipping

 

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.

 

5. How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@indiashirthouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

6. Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

 

Indiashirthouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist in finding a resolution.
